ORCHID GIRL STUDIO POLICIES

Please read all studio policies carefully before booking your appointment. By booking, you acknowledge and agree to the following policies.

BEFORE BOOKING

Please only book an appointment if you are financially prepared to pay for your tattoo on your scheduled date. I am unable to repeatedly postpone appointments due to financial circumstances, so please ensure you are ready to commit to your booking before securing your spot.

Your deposit secures your appointment but does not cover the remaining balance of your tattoo. Full payment of the remaining balance is due at the time of your appointment.

Payment plans are not offered for tattoo balances.

BOOKING POLICY

A studio minimum of $100 applies to all tattoos. Final pricing varies depending on the size, placement, and detail of your design.

A $40 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. This deposit will be applied toward the total cost of your tattoo.

Deposits must be received within 4 days of your initial inquiry to secure your appointment. If the deposit is not received within this time frame, your appointment will be released.

CANCELLATION AND RESCHEDULING POLICY

A minimum of 7 days’ notice is required for all cancellations and rescheduling requests.

Cancellations or rescheduling requests made with less than 7 days’ notice will result in the forfeiture of your deposit. A new deposit will be required to secure a future appointment.

For cancellations or rescheduling requests MADE with at least 7 days’ notice, your deposit will not be refunded. Deposits may be transferred to a new appointment date at my discretion.

I understand that unexpected circumstances can arise, and exceptions may be made at my discretion.

LATE ARRIVALS AND NO SHOWS POLICY

If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be canceled, and a new deposit will be required to rebook.

No shows, will result in banning from booking. 

If you anticipate being late or are unable to attend, please communicate with me ASAP. 

NO REFUND POLICY

Tattoo services are non-refundable due to the permanent nature of tattooing and the time and supplies involved. 

GUEST POLICY

Clients may bring a maximum of two guests to their appointment. 

For matching tattoo appointments, I ask that only the clients receiving tattoos attend the appointment.
